Humility does not equal weakness:We've gotta flip that script. Being 'humble' or 'calm' usually means actually having a profound understanding of your worth. It means knowing when to speak up and when to remain silent. It's about recognizing the value of respect and demanding it when necessary. - You can be soft-spoken, yet firm. - You can be gentle, yet assertive. - You can be respectful, yet uncompromising on your values. Remember, it's not about proving your power to others. It's about preserving your peace within yourself. And sometimes, that requires setting boundaries and not tolerating disrespect, no matter how humble and calm you may be. So, don't be afraid to assert yourself. After all, respect is not demanded…It's earned. And it starts with self-respect.

People who listen more than they speak and ask questions to understand rather than assume are the best kind of humans.

The happiest people see beauty in the mundane:They understand that life is not just about big events. It's also about the small, everyday moments that often go unnoticed. They choose to find joy in the ordinary:- A cup of morning coffee- A child's laughter- A walk in the parkThese are not just routine activities for them. Why? Because they choose to romanticize them. They romanticize their life. They paint their experiences with the colors of joy and wonder. They weave stories out of their daily lives. They know that magic exists where they choose to find it. It's not about being delusional or out of touch with reality. It's all about perspective. Magic exists where you choose to find it. Remember that.If you enjoyed this post, share it with your network. ♻️And follow me, Jael, for more content like this.

If you struggle to disconnect, read this:I’m 29 years old, and can tell you I’ve struggled with this almost every one of my “big girl job” years. But I’m putting my foot down on it going any further. And you know why?Because I’ve missed SO many things because of the inability to disconnect. -my good friend’s wedding -my mom’s birthday -nieces adoption -passing of a family memberAnd even if I’d make time, I sure wasn’t able to be present.ACTUALLY present. Now, I’m not retiring anytime soon, so I better figure this sh*t out. Here are some things that have helped me recently:- Turn off notifications for work emails- Create a to-do list for the next day- Close your open browser tabs- Write down challenges you faced today - Choose a hobby- Create a ‘closing ritual’I’m all ears people. What’s helped you?Who else struggles with disconnecting? I’d love to talk this in the comments 👇And if this post was at all impactful for you, repost ♻️ it to your own network.

Stress is a choice.Stop:→ Viewing challenges as threats→ Succumbing to stress→ Letting situations overwhelm you (that you can't control)An important note to remember...Peace is a choice also. It's not something that just 'happens'.Choose to:→ Focus on the positive→ Find joy in the simple things→ Let go of what's beyond your controlHere are some additional points:👉 Reactions are fully within your control👉 Peace can be intentionally cultivated👉 Challenges = opportunitiesTakeaway:Next time you're feeling stressed or anxious? Remember that it's almost always entirely up to you. If you liked this, repost it to your network. And follow me, Jael, for more content like this.

"If you’re not amazed by the stars at night, then I’m not sure what will work…”One thing my parents instilled in us kids, was really understanding and appreciating the power and wander of nature. It doesn't judge. It doesn't demand. It just is.There’s a lot that nature can teach us. And I’ve recently found myself being able to answer a lot of my very own questions when I’m surrounded by it.Confused? Go on a hike.Stressed? Swim in the lake.Sad? Watch the sunrise or sunset. These things don’t answer all our questions, but they certainly help get us to a better place.Hope this can be a reminder for you to truly enjoy ALL that is. If you enjoyed this post, repost ♻️ to your network.PS: this photo was taken on May 11 in Glacier National Park. So happy to have been able to witness such beauty as this.

Passion is not optional. You start a project, You pour your heart into it. You do it with all your might, and this is where the magic happens.A common thread I see in most successful people:They don't just dream - they work damn hard to achieve their dreams...WITH passion and determination.Passion is not a switch you can turn on and off. It's a flame that should always be burning. It's the force that pushes you to:- go beyond your limits- to strive for excellence- to make every moment countRemember, if you're not passionate about it, it's not worth doing at all. (in my opinion)But don't just be passionate for the sake of being passionate. Be passionate because it's what makes you feel alive. If you enjoy this post, repost ♻ to your network.

Reminder: none of this matters if you're not okay.- All the success- Accolades- Achievements👆 They mean nothing. At the end of the day, you are the most important project. To all the burnt-out creators, founders, sales leaders, etc...Do NOT forget to live this life. That's all I've got for you today. If you enjoyed this post, don't forget to repost ♻ to your network.
